Well Tracy, This is my humor blog, you dont like - dont read. I will say Bush has done one or two good things. Its great we live in a society were we can make fun of and laugh at our politicans..

Well I think you handled that very well lol. I think people forget humor is very often funny because it is meant to pick on, be mean, or offend someone. I am sure the president is used to having jokes made about him, and probably could care less what all us peons think anyways. One of the benefits of living in America, is free speech, I am sure the president is aware of that.

I had the same thing happen to me on my blog yesterday. I posted a photo of the president holding up the American flag backwards at the Olympics in Beijing, and I thought it was funny. Too bad I upset a few people, and I felt that I should take it down. Next time, I'm not taking it down;)
The beauty of being an American is that you CAN make fun of the President. Obviously this person needs counseling.
I'm amused by the fact that she's telling you to grow up while saying that you should be beaten up like a little 12 year old bully.
Oh please, people just need to grow up and relax a bit - geeeez If we can't laugh at ourselves, our president, and just about everything else in life - then what's the point of getting up in the morning.

You should never feel obligated to remove a post just because you voiced your opinion. People are going to be turds no matter what you do, so don't worry about appeasing them. Write for the folks that know it's ok to have a differing opinion.

bonnie&mike is right - in America you get to make fun of the President. You might not agree, but to state that someone needs to be "beaten" for it is totally wrong.
I honestly think President Bush has far more pressing issues concerning him to be worried about random bloggers making fun of him.
