No, but only because I don't have a cat. However, I do have dogs, and sometimes I think they are, especially when they start down the stairs in front of me and stop abruptly. I swear I'm going to break my neck one day from them.

Cats plot to kill everything. Doesn't mean they can pull it off, so they just plot.
